Raise your hands if you have a question!

What should I expect for my first massage?

First, we have an intake form that you must fill out. This form offers information about your medical history as well as your massage preferences. Your therapist will ask you more questions to assess your needs. We take time to ask the right questions, do some muscle assessments and possibly take photos to show clients how we look at the muscles. Your first session is a half an hour (or so) of Intake and assessment followed by a full hour of hands-on Therapeutic Massage.

Do I need to “be naked??”

We understand this is a sensitive issue for a lot of people. We want you to feel comfortable and empowered. These sessions aren’t about your therapist, they are about YOU. If you know your body needs some work but you’re super hesitant, then start with our “Just - A - Stretch” program. You come in with your workout gear and there’s no sheets, no lotion, no fuss... just focused work with some of the same great benefits.

We always tell our clients, “Undress to your comfort level” and if that means you have every article of clothing on that you walked in with, that is fine. It is what is comfortable for YOU!

What should I wear?

More often than not, your therapist will take before/after pictures to explain what they see and how they plan to work on you during your session. Believe it or not, your stance says a lot about your needs! Shoulders dropped, hip rotations, forward neck posture, etc... So we usually say wear "comfortable clothing" ie: gym / yoga wear. Feel free to ask us any questions when booking your session!

Does it hurt?

Everybody is different! Not everyone's body responds well to deep tissue treatment. We customize the treatment for YOU and your body. You and your therapist will figure out what is best and customize your treatment to best fit your needs.

Do you offer discounts?

We have packages where you are able to purchase several massages up front and, in return, save a lot of money. The best part is you are able to share these packages with ONE lucky person, be it a family member or partner!

Your days and times don't work for me. What do I do?

We have our online tool set up for convenient booking.

HOWEVER; if you have other days and times that better suit your needs, please don't hesitate to call or text us at 732.810.3798 and we will accommodate you any way we can! We are here to help!

Do you accept insurance?

Not at this time.

When are you available?

We are open 7 days a week!! Hours vary per day. Click on the "BOOK NOW" button and see what our available appointments are! If we have any issues, we will contact you directly!

Do you offer In-Home massage?

We currently offer in-home massage on a case by case basis. You must have a minimum of two one-hour sessions in order for us to do in-home sessions and all sessions must be paid for in advance. You can fill out this form to request a date and time and give us details about what you're looking for.

Do you offer CBD products or Massages?

As laws and rules are always changing, it is difficult for us to keep up and so we no longer offer CBD products or CBD infused massage at this time.

Does Cupping Therapy help Covid-19 recovery?

In discussions with other Massage Therapists and clients who have struggled through recovering after having Covid-19, it's becoming increasingly clear that the use of Cupping Therapy can have positive impact on lingering symptoms.

Between improved breathing and relief from "Covid fatigue" we believe it is beneficial to explore these claims further. I personally have worked with a client that has experienced these benefits and feeling the relief months after their session.

If you're experiencing residual effects from Covid-19 and nothing else has helped, we want to treat you. Call for a consultation and we'll chat to see if Cupping Therapy can improve your situation.

The Fine Print

Our Cancellation Policy

At Kinetric Wellness, we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Car problems, snowstorms, illness, and family emergencies, are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment.

If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing package or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full immediately upon invoice received, prior to your next treatment.

No Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their missed appointment, and future service will require advance payment.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time as, in most cases, we are unable to give clients any extra time than they are allotted.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dina Haffner via phone call, or text at 732.810.3798
