Please note that much has changed for us over the years as we navigate the never ending rollercoaster that is life these days. That being said, we are so excited to be of service to you and add to your wellness routine by providing IN HOME care! That’s right, we bring the table, linens, music and our knowledgable and caring staff right to your home.

And we get it, some people would prefer an escape. While we are still on the hunt for the perfect spot, we are happy to be working out of Do Yoga (yoga studio at 257 Monmouth Rd, Oakhurst) when necessary. When you book, please note whether you'd prefer in-home and provide an address or in-studio which will default to DoYoga and it will request the appointment. Please understand that we have to approve the appointment to insure studio availability or check commuting times for in-home sessions. If all is well, you will receive a confirmation email or text. If any updates need to be made, you will receive a text or call from us letting you know what changes might need to be made before approving your appointment.

At Kinetric Wellness, we know every body is different, but more importantly, every body responds differently to every treatment. That’s why we utilize a multitude of modalities, to treat your pain as an individual, rather than a one-size-fits-all band-aid.

We take a whole-brained approach to treating your pain and focusing on your recovery.  Posture, stance, and even the way a person walks indicates a different formula for treatment. Pain is the last thing you need on your plate, so let us provide a customized course of treatment for you so that you can get back to the important things!

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation Policy

At Kinetric Wellness, we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Car problems, snowstorms, illness, and family emergencies, are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
In all cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. 

If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. At our discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the outstanding balance of an existing package or gift certificate; otherwise, it must be paid in full immediately upon invoice received, prior to your next treatment. To keep things are equal and as fair as possible, there are no exceptions to this rule, no matter the reason*.

*reason (n): a cause, explanation, or justification for an action or event

No Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their missed appointment, and future service will require advance payment.

On Time

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time as we are unable to give clients any extra time than they are allotted. Any lateness on the client part will result in time decreased from the hands-on time of the massage.
